About the Missouri motorcycle traffic signals & road markings test
Traffic signals and pavement markings guide your every move through traffic, and this set ties them together for riders. It covers signal lights, arrows, and flashing indications alongside the lines and symbols painted on the road, from lane dividers to stop lines and crosswalks. Both show up throughout the 2026 Class M exam.
You will reason about a stale green, a flashing yellow, a left-turn arrow, and why a solid line means no passing while a dashed one permits it. The Missouri DOR tests this because signals and markings often work together, and misreading either can put a rider in the wrong place at the wrong time.
The pass mark stays at 25 questions and 80 percent correct, 20 right, for Class M. The Missouri Motorcycle Operator Manual explains each signal phase and line type. Master how they combine and you will answer smoothly at the Missouri DMV while navigating Missouri intersections with confidence.
Every question traces back to the Missouri Motorcycle Manual - skim the right-of-way and signs chapters before your retake.
